Common questions
Can you work after hours so we do not have to close?
Usually yes, and for most retail and restaurant work that is the sensible way to do it. Tell us your hours and we will build the schedule around them.
We are taking a space that used to be something else. Where do we start?
With a walkthrough before you sign anything, if you can. What is already in the walls decides a lot of the budget. Finding out that the kitchen you are planning needs a service upgrade is much cheaper to learn now than after the lease is signed.
Is an LED retrofit worth it for a small business?
It depends on how many hours your lights actually run. A space lit twelve hours a day pays it back far faster than one open four. We will look at what you have and give you the honest math rather than a sales pitch.
Do you handle ongoing maintenance, or only repairs?
Both. Some businesses want us on a schedule to check panels, connections and lighting before something fails. Others call when there is a problem. Either way works.
Do you work on large industrial systems?
